Custom Design
Each piece of jewelry I make is a one-of-a-kind original; designed and constructed of the finest materials available. Nothing is mass-produced and designs are rarely duplicated. Each jewelry item is designed to be unique, feel substantial, and look spectacular. The materials and techniques employed produce sturdy, long-lasting pieces of jewelry that can be worn and enjoyed for many years.
Quality Materials
Only the finest semi-precious stones, pearls, crystals, and handmade beads available are used in my original designs. These components come from all over the world and are identified in detail in the item description. I do all the purchasing myself, inspecting and hand picking each element used. The result is jewelry designs that are sometimes exotic, always high quality, innovative and beautiful.
Quality Metals
I use only the highest quality metal findings for my jewelry and I clearly identify what metals are used in each item description: sterling silver, 14k gold-filled, 100% copper, vermeil, pewter, and/or plated beads. Absolutely no cheap alloy metal beads or base metal components are used.

I want you to be completely satisfied with your Marsha James Custom Jewelry purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, and you would like to return it for a merchandise credit or a refund, please see our return policy.
If an item should break or perform unfavorably during the first year, I will gladly repair or replace it free of charge (other than shipping costs and/or replacement component costs) as long as the item has not been abused or worn inappropriately. Simply return it to me.
