Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of purchase for a full store credit or refund. The following conditions apply:

• Item shows no visible signs of wear
• Item is returned in original packaging with the original tag attached
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds will be issued to original payment method

If an item should break or perform unfavorably during the first year, I will gladly repair or replace it at no cost to you. The following conditions apply:

• Item has not been abused or worn inappropriately.
• All beads and components are included. (Customer is responsible for replacement cost of missing beads/components).
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

After the first year, repair services are available at a minimal charge. Feel free to contact me to discuss.
