Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of purchase for a full store credit or refund. The following conditions apply:
- Item shows no visible signs of wear
- Item is returned in original packaging with the original tag attached
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds will be issued to original payment method
If an item should break or perform unfavorably during the first year, I will gladly repair or replace it at no cost to you. The following conditions apply:
- Item has not been abused or worn inappropriately.
- All beads and components are included. (Customer is responsible for replacement cost of missing beads/components).
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
After the first year, repair services are available at a minimal charge. Feel free to contact me to discuss.
To Return an Item:
1. Please fill out and submit the Return Request Form below (you do not have to wait for a response).

2. Package the item in a (minimum) padded envelope via a tracked shipping method, and include a note with your contact info and request.
3. Ship the item to:
