I am happy to ship to any address in the world. Exceptions include sanctioned countries or destinations that do not accept jewelry shipments.

Please allow me 2 days to process your order.

Domestic orders:

• I am pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING to customers with United States addresses, including US APO, FPO & DPO. Items shipped FREE are sent USPS First Class Package with tracking. First Class typically takes from 3-5 business days to arrive. Please allow 5-7 days for addresses outside the continental US.

International Orders:

• USPS Package International - for addresses in Canada and other select countries. Delivery time varies by destination and can be up to three weeks. Please note, any duties and taxes required by the destination country are not included and will need to be paid by the customer upon arrival. 

• USPS Priority Mail International – Flat Rate pricing with deliveries to over 190 countries in 6-10 business days. Again, any duties and taxes required by the destination country are not included and will need to be paid by the customer upon arrival. 

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement. 

Marsha James Custom Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.
