Charoite gemstone rondelles are topped with silver plated pewter bead caps embossed in a leaf design. Charoite is wonderfully variegated with naturally occurring swirls, feathers and mottled streaks in many shades of lilac, violet, and deep purple.
This beautiful gemstone is found in only one location in the whole world: a remote region along the Chara River in Eastern Siberia. Interlocking crystalline needles within the gemstone give Charoite a very distinctive appearance and depth; a pearly, even chatoyant luster.
