Necklace features pale peach freshwater pearls, pink Coral melons, rounds and flat ovals, genuine Peridot gemstone chips, purple Jade, MOP & green shell nuggets, whole natural green shells, and Czechoslovakian pressed glass.
On a trip to Venice I was captivated by a display of jewelry in a store right off St. Mark’s Square. The designer had grouped glass beads, pearls and gemstones into clusters or "bouquets" that resembled floral arrangements (or in some cases, bowls of fruit). This is my interpretation of the "Venetian Style" design.
