Larvikite (a.k.a. Black Labradorite) is a beautiful charcoal grey gemstone that exhibits silvery flashes and a steely chatoyant iridescence. The necklace is accented on both sides and at each end with handcrafted Bali sterling silver focal beads.
This unique crystal is only found around the Fjords of Larvik Norway (hence the name “Larvikite”) and is marketed under a variety of trade names such as; Black Labradorite, Blue Norwegian Moonstone, Norwegian Pearl Granite, Birds Eye Granite, Black Moonstone, Blue Pearl Granite, among others.
