Spirals are topped with a smooth shiny copper bead and are suspended from copper rings. All the metal in these earrings is 100% copper with the exception of the earwire itself. I wouldn’t put copper wire in my ears, so I don’t expect you to either. Fishhook style earwires are lightweight, 14k Gold filled with a copper bead embellishment.
